Terms of Use for Digital Sticker Designs

By purchasing or downloading any of my digital sticker designs, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully, as they are designed to protect the rights of The Barley Moon and ensure fair use of my products.

1. Personal Use Only

All digital sticker designs purchased or downloaded from The Barley Moon are strictly for personal use. You are permitted to use these stickers to decorate your journals, planners, or other personal projects, whether in printed or digital form.

2. Prohibited Actions

You may not, under any circumstances:

Resell, redistribute, or share the digital files (including PNGs, PDFs, or any other format) in any way.
Modify the designs and claim them as your own.
Use the designs for any commercial purposes, including but not limited to selling physical or digital products created with these designs.
Upload the designs to any file-sharing websites or platforms.

3. Printing and Distribution

You may print the designs for personal use as many times as you wish. However, you may not:

Print the designs for resale or distribution to others.
Use the designs in workshops, courses, or events without prior written consent from The Barley Moon.

4. Copyright

All digital sticker designs are the intellectual property of The Barley Moon. Purchasing or downloading these designs does not grant you ownership of the designs but rather a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them as outlined in these terms.

5. Violation of Terms

If these terms are violated, The Barley Moon reserves the right to revoke access to purchased designs without notice. Legal action may also be pursued to protect intellectual property rights.

6. No Refunds

Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final. Refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not available once the purchase is complete.

7. Attribution

If you share your journal or planner designs using The Barley Moon’s stickers on social media or other platforms, we’d love to see your creations! Please tag us @thebarleymoon for proper attribution.

8. Amendments

The Barley Moon reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the designs constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
